Unfollow Posts by Default & Hide Followed Posts

I'm wondering if it's possible to add an option to unfollow the posts automatically instead of unfollowing each post made. As a person who posts tons of stuff daily it can become really annoying. Additionally, the option to hide followed posts from the list on the left side that appears under the Forum would be really helpful. Thank you.
