Remove the cap of 10 active groups chats per application

We have a Discord-based community marketplace along with a website. Users authorize using OAuth2 and give permission for the gdm.join scope. However, our bot can't create more than 10 active group chats between buyers and sellers. This limit is hindering the seamless Discord experience for our 10,000 users, and it seems really unnecessary. Why is the limit even there?

  Too many requests to the API can create new problems. Request limits are probably the best way to avoid API downs, abuse like spam, or something else. Discord may have thought of this to keep its community safe.
