My account was disabled for a period of time, how long will that take?

Hi, discord support, my ticket number is (35306174) i have been waiting for an appeal response on my account for more than 1 week, but all the response i got was: We will be in touch regarding your request shortly. What do you mean by shortly? shortly in 1 month? i have a 600 member server to manage, and i knew that i accidentally sent too many direct messages in a short time of period was a big mistake but does that mean i will have to wait for my account to be disable for such a long period of time? Please do give me a response on my ticket soon, I really won't do that kind of mistakes in the near future, on my word, it's my first time having this kind of problems.
