Discord Support Issues
Hi, Wupus Fans!
I come to you with the problem. Perhaps someone had the same and would advise what to do?
This is the case.
My Discord account has been blocked for age verification. I tried to contact Support but was still not getting a reply. I tried again some time ago. And nothing. I haven't got replied to any Discord Support tickets for a month. For almost a month.
This wouldn't be a problem if it were a blockade for breaking Discord's ToS. But that's just account verification.
I tried from another email, they wrote back after 1.5 days. But what if they can't handle the case from another account for privacy reasons?
Has anyone ever had a similar experience? Or maybe someone can advise something?
It is unprofessional of Discord that I cannot unblock an account that is locked for the sole purpose of verification. Not for breaking any regulations.
In addition, I had purchased Discord Nitro 2 days before the blockade. I don't even have how to demand a possible clarification of the situation.
