[suggestion] Extra recovery option when you lose password and 2FA

On Monday I tried to recover my password. I received the e-mail that would cancel my old password, so far so good, and then I realised that it was asking for a 2FA code. This code was made in an older mobile phone that I (luckily) still had with me, but if I didn't had it, I would lose my Discord account.

Of course I could have saved a backup code, but we are humans and we forget things. So, I think Discord should have another option to recover password (maybe a security phrase).
