Been hacked and the costumer service offers no help

I got hacked on the 31/01/2021, I only noticed after the guy deleted everything on my discord and started to threaten me using my own account. He bought 14/15 gift cards. I have been trying to have someone help me and the response I got was that there is nothing that can be done. I have been desperately trying to get help and all I get is a bot message. I reported that it was not authorized but still same response. what else can I do now?? I don't want to pay the hacker that hacked me.
