Why ban people falsely when they can't appeal?

I lost my account thisistrueuser#7906 for "

• Selling or attempting to sell a Discord account or server
• Fraudulent Nitro or Boosting activities
• Submitting false, malicious, or mass reports to Trust & Safety

" but I NEVER DID THAT MY ENTIRE LIFE. I tried to contact discord but NO ONE replied in 30 HOURS. Now I have a question, DOES THE APPEAL OPTION EVEN WORKS?
