Feature: Quoted Replies

Description: In addition to replying directly to someone using the new Reply feature, use highlighted text in target message to generate a quote block.

Steps

1. Highlight part of message you'd like to reply to specifically.
2. Select Reply. 
3. Auto generate quote block in message box for user to complete the reply with.

The only issue I'd see with this would be doing it on mobile. Otherwise it'd be pretty useful and would mesh well with the general flow of replying on desktop.
