[Suggestion] add the ability to specify how many times someone can post before slowmode occurs

I would like a feature where you can specify the number of messages that can be sent before slow mode occurs, this would allow more flexibility for servers that deal with high volumes of users but want to not have to enable slowmode for every message

  Use a bot for this. For example YAGPDB can do this
