I have no mobile phone, still waiting for a log-in token

My ISP changes my location frequently. In the past Discord would send me a log-in token via email. Now it requires a mobile phone number for "verification". Not only is that suspicious, I do not have a mobile phone. It has been 16 days. Apparently, complaining here is my sole recourse. I think there's a Monty Python sketch about this. Hopefully this isn't the "getting hit on the head with a stick lessons" door. I've come here to complain!
