Feature Request: Only activate push to mute if unmuted in a voice channel

When I have discord open and I'm not in a voice channel the push to mute keybind still responds to typing, eg:

1. Make sure you're not in a voice channel
2. Add Keybinds `Push to Mute`: `h`
3. Start typing "hello"

The mute/unmute noise still plays.

Can this have an if/else put around it?
