A Decicated and Easy To Understand Security and Bug Reporting system

So, There used to be an easy way to report security vulnerabilities and bugs to discord via discord.com/security however the form there no-longer works and the new way of reporting bugs is kinda confusing and frustrating. I think that there should be an easy to understand way of reporting security vulnerabilities and an easy on the eyes and simple bug reporting and help system, Like the current one except more simple and easy to understand.
