Link/image/text only channel permissions, voice channel breakup

I think it would be supremely helpful for a ton of servers if a permission was added to the permissions list to make channels link, attachment, or image only. It's a common problem I've run across in servers—both my own and other people's—where having a channel be link-only would be so much better for general server organisation. I also think we need a feature where we can organise voice channels with text channels in whatever order we wish. For example right now the setup is:

Text Channel 1

Text Channel 2

Voice Channel 1

Voice Channel 2

And it would be a lot easier for organisation for those servers that don't want or need a whole new category for one voice and text combo if we could organise it like:

Voice Channel 1

Text Channel 1

Voice Channel 2

Text Channel 2

  you can use bots to do the text channel thing

  I've tried bots, but none of them have the specific image or link-only feature I'm looking for
