Most people know that in the friends tab there is a active now sections where you can see your friends in calls in mutual servers and see games people are playing. My suggestion is to add a toggle for the call variant as well. This would basically just be a button that makes it so your friends cant see you in calls if you share a mutual server with them. I think many people would appreciate this feature because it can be awkward at times when you have a friend of yours joining a call you dont necessarily want them in. It would be somewhere along the lines of turning off game activity, but instead turning off call activity.

    There is no toggle at all! You are shown there even if you are invisible whatever you are doing! If you share a server with a friend of yours (for sake of this post Person A) and you are in a voice channel talking to another friend of yours, then A sees you are talking to B and maybe even share your screen aka Stream AND B has the option to directly join the voice chat you are in (even if you do NOT want B to join in this case!)

    So... Toggle YES but for EVERYTHING and not only for the "Call" aka Voice Option...
