Add the Ability to Toggle Krisp with a Hotkey

Krisp is very useful for muting keyboard sounds, but it can sometimes cut out funny soundboard sounds.

I propose an added hotkey option for toggling Krisp so I can be seen as funny when I play the yoda death sound.
