Enhanced Message Editing Navigation: Streamlining Edits in Discord

I have a suggestion to further improve the message editing functionality on your platform. Currently, pressing the up arrow key allows users to navigate to the last message sent, which is a helpful feature. However, I would like to propose an enhancement that would enable users to move up multiple lines when editing messages.

It would be immensely useful if, while in editing mode, pressing the up arrow key successively took users to the line above in the conversation. This expanded message editing navigation capability would greatly enhance efficiency when making edits to earlier messages.

By implementing this feature, Discord would provide users with a more seamless and streamlined editing experience, enabling them to make changes to previous messages more conveniently and effectively.

( I got chatGPT to reword my suggestion as I'm mega dyslexic, I know this is a small improvement on the ability to edit the last messages but it would for sure smooth line it for the peeps who can't send more than like 10 words at a time because they text in lots of smaller messages. and I say cant because like myself I just can't seem to make it all the way through my thoughts without hitting enter or send )
