Add an option to make roles in Onboarding persistant/binding
I'd like to have age and gender roles binding to prevent people trying to catfish. If that isn't an option, I think there should be the option to remove the role from being displayed under Channels & Roles post-onboarding.
It's making me very hesitant to use onboarding when a "25-30 Male" could suddenly become a "18-21 Female" and yes we could watch logs but that would be extremely hard to monitor.
EDIT: For now, I have removed Age and Gender questions from onboarding so that I can have them available as the standard reaction roles system where I can make them binding.

Agreed! I really want this feature for my server aswell. Especially for pre-join questions! Cause by giving certain roles, you're sometimes also giving certain permissions and access to channels you don't want people to be able to change on the fly. Having the option to make specific pre-join questions binding (i.e. only show the pre-join question… pre-join and not… post-join) would make discord onboarding complete for me! Takes away so much role management.
