Discord wont help anyone to recover their accounts
Discord is going down hill after countlessly sending support tickets to help me recover my account, they decided that it would be best that i gave them permission to delete the account that made me put hurtful memories and things ive dealt with in the past and enjoy the friends and servers im in, and i have proof that ive done what they are telling me to do and nothing work, they even told me that they cant help me after providing evidence of me doing what they suggest me doing and an old email with my old username which dated back in April 11, 2023 at 10:47 PM. They helped me once but now they dont want to help me recover my account.
and im still here trying to recover my account back

I was just about to make a post about this but saw yours. It has been over a month since someone hacked into my original Discord account and changed my email. I have not gotten any word back from anyone on the support end in over a month! It took me to literally ask the Discord Support Twitter account to look into my ticket for me and they said my claim was “still open” That was back on July 9th.
It's a shame that I too lost an account that I had since Discord first came out. I was an early supporter and had Nitro on and off a few times during it's lifespan.
Needless to say that I will not be resubbing my Nitro on my new account until this service is improved upon. Even telling my friends my story about Discord Support, or rather the lack thereof I have also had a few stand in solidarity with me and suspend their Nitro as well.
