Can't get Discord to run ( already contacted CS by email 2 days ago but no reply )

I used to be able to run Discord, but unfortunately because of an issue with my graphic driver forced me to uninstalled & reinstalling all of them again. After this, my Discord app stops working despite all of the diagnosis steps I have been doing to fix this issue : 

1. Deleting Discord in my Localappdata & appdata folders before a reinstall
2. Updating all of my drivers & make sure my OS is up to date ( Win 11 22H2 )
3. Accessing Discord after disabling Window antivirus & firewall and disabling Window antivirus & firewall before a fresh reinstall
4. Using a VPN
5. Reset DNS
6. Scan my system for any corrupted files
8. Log in to Discord browser to reset my session
9. Ran Discord installer in "Compatibility" mode
10. Installed Discord PTB & Discord Canary

I have internet proxies clear and the date & time of my computers are correct.
