Zendesk vs Discord

The distinction between Zendesk and discord is unclear. 

When attempting to sign in to the support site to give feedback it was not obvious that it was a completely separate account. All the branding says “Discord” but it would not accept discord credentials but that was because it was actually a Zendesk account that it was looking for. I was only able to make the distinction from looking at the URL at the top.

I asked my community to contribute to a post and many of them had the same issue. Some thought they had simply forgotten their password and ended up resetting their discord password in an attempt to be able to sign in.
