Discord support team is always slow and doesn’t reply to your IMPORTANT emails at all.

That.. isn't useful when you've been waiting weeks for account recovery for a fairly blatant case of someone stealing your account. With that said I am sure many of us appreciate you at the very least showing your looking and not just letting the reports compile.

I'm literally waiting for a month from a moment they told me to “wait patiently while they're investigating it”. At this point I just feel ignored. Even when I message them on old ticket or create a new one a week after, they close the new one and still stay silent at the old one.0 -
No literally, I got disabled for being underage but I emailed them and they ignored me and keep telling me iv’e done something wrong when I haven’t. Its just really annoying, Ive been waiting a month as well.

Well my acc got hacked and when my friend got his back after a week, I'm still waiting there when my phone number seems to still be linked to my acc
