On complaints

I would like to return to the support site the ability to send complaints about users who violate our rules by sending a request (Trust & Safety), as it was previously possible. Complaints through the application do not work effectively. You cannot add your own comment, and you also need to always send a complaint separately for each message. When on the site, when it was possible, your complaint was answered, most likely, within a day, and personally I was always satisfied. I hope that the developers will give us back the opportunity to send a complaint through the support site.
