Actual account log in problem. Weird ban/email missing

I've already contacted support several times about this matter since my 1st account got unjustly banned months ago. Unfortanely support was not helpfull at all and only resposne i kept getting is account is disabled/banned. Nothing more.

Which also didn't help give me the reasoning for said disablement/ban and be more carefull in the future. Since I only really kept active in private friend servers. But since i got nitro i joined several servers to steal memes or for nitro bonuses.

Anyway I made a 2nd account under a different email while trying to fix everything. But after that decide to read the full TOS and see if i broke any rules or this new account breaks any rules (Which it both didnt.)

Nothing happened and over time my account got disabled. Very sad since i had it since 2016.

Since that happened i wanted to my this my new account and get nitro again just to support my friends servers. Only problem is i didn't like the username/email. i changed my email and username into my old deleted one and got instantly logged out. Which confused the hell out of me since it was a month old account that DEFINITELY didn't break rules. and nowhere on TOS was it stated that changing information is ban worthy. IF it was i would have never done it in the first place.

Anyway i reached out to support yet again.

And had a long talk to Jann SJ (Discord) about the situation. 

I've asked talked to her about re-using an banned/deleted email is ban-able and she said no too.

And she was willing to revert the email change i made back to the previous one.

Now the real problem is. According to her the account was under my 2nd email name. She said the email is in use.

But to me it wasnt when i tried logging in. It said email does not exist.

She told me this was a real problem and “escalating this ticket to a team member”.

Now I've been waiting for nearly 2 weeks again and I still am not getting any responses.

I hope here to get more information about such a problem or atleast get the matter looked into.
