Trust & Security Support seems to be a non-existent team
So apparently Discord only cares about their users until they pay - once they do, they are completely ignored.
I was unfairly banned for breaking ToS - apparently, Discord somehow decided that I am not over the minimum required age to use the app. My account was disabled and I was advised to send them proof of me being actually over the minimum age. I have sent the ticket with proof, but I have not heard anything since. Considering the fact that the account is due to auto-delete in 14-30 days, I am now in fear that due to Discord Support's neglect, I am going to lose my account with all the servers, friends, chat history, active Nitro sub and servers I manage/own.
How long are paying customers supposed to wait for you to finally answer? You waste no time advertising on any and all social platforms, yet you absolutely do not care about your long-term users, even if they spend their hard earned money on your subscribtion.

I'm experiencing a similar issue with my own account, mine was just disabled earlier today and I've been struggling to get through to the support team.

There is literally no support team. The last time I was supported on my reports was back in 2019 or 2018. After that no support ever. It has literally been a year I am repeatedly reporting a distirbingly racist Discord server trying to desperately normalize bullying, disturbing racist, genocide and rape (both racial and etc.) glorification with actually in fact legitimate proof and Discord literally and illegally did the absolute NOTHING.
