Account disabled due to age

So it's been always a week that I've got my account banned due to age. I pretended to be 8 years old. I sent all the proofs that I am over 13 and even 18 but I still haven't got any answers from discord support services, may I get any informations about appeals?

    I also got disabled due to age and i NEVER joked or pretended I was younger than I am. 
    It's been 6 days, still not a single word from the support. 
    And the worst thing is if the account gets auto-deleted, noone is gonna take responsibility. 
    That is absolutely crazy.

    Bugün benim 2 hesabıma aynı olay oldu sözde geri dönecekler attığım mailler çözüldü olarak gözüküyor ama bir açıklama yok ve hesaplarım hala kapalı şaka gibiler
