I need help getting my Disabled account's password back!

So I had accidentally gone past Discord ToS and have been trying to send an apology and get it reactivated but nothing I've done has been working! I think a good part of the problem is that the account I'm trying to get back uses my Phone number instead of my Email.

If that's the reason why it isn't working then what can i do to get it back?
