Request for Camera Access

Every time I open discord, I get a prompt from my antivirus that discord is requesting access to my webcam, even if I'm not planning on joining a voice chat/stream.  This makes me concerned for my privacy, that discord would be accessing the cam, even while I'm not using it.

This is a bug.  You shouldn't request to access something like this, until I select to use that feature.
