More Channel Types

Unlock the potential of Discord!

There are so many opportunities to discord and most everything is already set up to implement it.

 More channel types would be amazing for different creators and the needs of owners.

Calander Channels:

Calendars can be hidden to staff only or made for the public communities with permission to view a channel, Letting everyone see a visual of events and set future ideas.

Schedule Channels:

A schedule channel is something communities would use to set people's availability such as staff teams, or setting time rosters.

Checklist Channel:

Tired of going back and editing messages, using “~~” to cross outdone tasks, This would be useful to mark it and move on, easy to add and remove tasks, Great for people who need a task list.

Document Channel/Catagory:

Essentially an empty forum post to implement and use markdown, Just like Google Docs layouts to allow you to write on and on and make more official-looking documents for those that need them.

Applications:

Creating applications within discord and allowing people to fill them out and viewable Within the app is much more streamlined than finding a bot, or setting up a 3rd party application feature forcing members to leave to fill them out.
