Nudge User to Join Voice

Feature Description:

It would be cool to have a “Invite-to-Join” button for voice channels, allowing users to send direct invitations or “nudges” to other members to join a voice channel, notifying them that someone is waiting. This feature would come with a time limit to avoid abuse and an opt-out option for users who prefer not to receive such invitations. If you leave it should cancel the nudge after a few minutes or so, or if the person joins back after you leave it notifys you that you missed them so they don't play join tag. 

Use Case:

• Facilitates organizing spontaneous discussions or meetings and assembling participants promptly.
• Minimizes textual communication efforts to gather members in a voice channel.
• Encourages more voice engagements on the platform by providing a direct and user-friendly invitation method.

How it Works:

1. Sending an Invite: A user in a voice channel clicks the “Invite-to-Join” or “Nudge” button and selects a member or multiple members to invite.
2. Receiving an Invite: Invited members receive a notification with an alert, indicating someone is waiting in a specified voice channel.
3. Joining the Channel: Invited members can directly join the voice channel by clicking the “Join” button in the notification.

Feature Limitations:

• Time Limit: To prevent abuse, there should be a cooldown period between sending invites to the same user.
• Opt-Out Option: Users should have the ability to opt-out of receiving such invites, ensuring user comfort and privacy.
