Message history in inbox

Name

As someone who uses the inbox a lot, a useful feature would be to be able to see the message history, like the last few messages sent, of a channel in the inbox. That way I'd be able to see the context of an unread message without having to enter the channel.

    I use inbox too! How many messages would be the “few” messages in the history?
