application does not work when trying to start on macOS Sonoma 14.0

The application for MacOS was working before updating the OS. I don't know very well how to fix it. I tried to find some similar issue here but I couldn't. If you have any clue about troubleshooting, I would appreciate it a lot :)

La aplicación para MacOS funcionaba antes de actualizar el SO. No se muy bien como solucionarlo. He intentado encontrar algún problema similar aquí pero no he podido. Si tienes alguna pista sobre como solucionar el problema, te lo agradecería mucho :)

    This is the issue. I already tried uninstalling the app, deleting all the cache's files and also rebooting my mac :(

    Este es el problema. Ya intente desinstalar la app, borrar todos los archivos cache y tambien reiniciar mi mac :(
