Sound feature for Discord profiles (15 seconds)

An .mp3 file, a feature that allows Discord users to have their own sound file when their profile is visited. I feel this would make the profiles be very unique. Most likely 15 second or selectable length would do the job. I really want this to be a thing for Discord. Only for Nitro users (not necessarily has to be that, it's just my opinion). Sound quality would have a limit. And it would be amazing if you implemented an easy way to turn mp4's into sound files on Discord so it's a quicker thing to do.
