    Indeed, I also contacted support to suggest an improvement on an activity because the forum does not seem to lend itself to it. As a result, I received an automatic answer to tell me that my request had been processed and that my ticket had been closed; end of the story.

    So I sympathize with your post, which will make me think about the rest of my Nitro subscription.

    Good luck, because so many people have been waiting for over a month myself included. No response back, like they could care less about Nitro paying customers.
