    In the same boat as you. Account disabled with no real explanation and no answers when you open tickets. If I don't see a refund for the year of Nitro I had already bought I think a lawyer will be getting a call.

    As a paying customer I'm waiting almost 2 weeks for any kind of feedback.

    My account got hacked on August 30th, and I'm still waiting on Discord while the hacker blackmails me, tries to hack my friends, steals my nitro, etc. So, I'd brace yourselves for a long wait.

    I hope we all get our accounts back, i wish the hacker responded to me so i can just buy my account back instead of waiting for support since sept. 3rd for anything to happened, they deleted a fake account he put on my email but wont help fixing the main issue of not having my discord account back.

    I Have opened 6 tickets in hope that they will renable my account it was disabled and they won't let me send any sort of messages on my account i can join voice message but i cannot do anything else other than react to messages i have filed 6 tickets within the past week they keep getting closed ignored or they respond with i cannot help you with that request i have all the stuff to confirm that its me and they still haven't fixed it

    I've been waiting for over a month now and still no response with two open tickets. Discord on i.g. and Twitter just delete my comments and mark me as spam but they won't reply to a single dm or comment.

    I've been waiting since September for them to reply to my ticket. I don't want to have to create a new account just because they don't feel like taking the time to help me get mine back.
