[Suggestion] Enhanced Profile Picture Privacy Settings

I would like to propose an enhancement to Discord's privacy settings to provide users with more control over who can see their profile picture. Currently, when you block someone on Discord, they can still view your profile picture. This can lead to uncomfortable situations and harassment.

I suggest implementing the following options:

Complete Privacy Mode:

• When you block someone, they should not be able to see your profile picture.
• They will also be unable to view any information about your account, including your status, mutual servers, or friends.

Customized Privacy List:

• Allow users to create a list of trusted friends who can view their profile picture.
• Anyone not on this list, including blocked users, would not be able to see the profile picture.
