Discord banners not appearing.

Hi there,
As of about yesterday, I stopped receiving notification banners in the notification center. I can hear the noise for pings and messages for servers that I'm in, but no notification banners appear.

I'm set to online, discord has permissions to send banners, desktop notifications are enabled, and I've tried deleting the cache, reinstalled nvidia geforce experience and disabled in-game overlay, but none of these have worked.
