Add volume setting for notification sound

I would like to see the addition of a volume setting for notification tones.

I am using an audio interface.
Occasionally, I find that the settings go bad or the Discord notification sound is back to 100% in the Windows settings.

It would be very helpful to be able to set the volume of the notification sound on the Discord side, as it is very difficult to change it every time.
