Discord disabling + deleting accounts without carefully checking user’s data

I was an admin on a server which actually violated ToS and community guidelines. They said my account was involved in malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine. In reality, I was already months inactive on that server, never got involved in any actions the mods and admins did, and I only became an admin because I was friends with one of them and commanded bots to help fix their channels. I had no idea that they were doing something illegal because I was also too busy with real life to give time for finding out what they were doing. I was only active on one server which is the server with my partner as I always spend time with my partner (we watch movies only in there - ldr). I checked my dc one morning to find out my account was banned, then checked my email and found out why. I reached out to discord’s support team, reached out to their twitter pages, tried to ask on sites like Reddit and Youtube + Twitter (only bots responded) until my account got deleted. I even sent my identification like passport and driving license when I appealed on their support ticket. They never solved it, only bots replied, identifying as support team. My User ID was 927711886064103445 and my username was yvo#8105 btw. The username is now seen as “Deleted User 970c7edb#8105”. I don’t know how else to move on. I treasured my account so much even though I only joined last year on January. I made so many memories, friends, was able to learn how to deal with commanding bots, report hackers and abusers, fix and lead servers, and more. My world was much happier and I was able to get distracted and escape my cruel reality. My life without these social medias is a mess. If only someone understands and help.
