discord account disabled without email or reason why.

Hi, my name is taela and two of my discord account were recently disabled.  When I try and appeal for them discord doesn't send me email's. It's been a week and still no reply from discord. I checked my spam email's and there's nothing there. I don't know what happened or what did I do wrong for this to happen. Please help me my usernames are maniaced#0000 and menacings#0000.

    Actuellement je suis pareil il ne me rep pas depuis 1 semaine c'est chiant mon compte je l'ai depuis 2017 et je vais tout perdre
