Discord Account Disabled without any explanation

Hi! I've gotten disabled twice over this past weekend with emails notifying my account has been disabled for being underaged. I emailed support proving my identify, gotten my account restored through it then yesterday I was chatting with a friend of mine in the DMs and randomly gets logged out and says I am disabled with no email whatsoever. I've tried to email Support about this but it seems like they've ignored my emails and assign it as solved rather than emailing me back explaining why. I have lost hope on trying to get to have Discord reply back to me or have the account restored.
