Community Ticket/Request Volunteers

Discord has a…terrible Trust and Safety team. So let's fix that. 

Discord should add volunteers for TaS team, of course needing to be over 18.

Requirements: Above 18, need at least 3 hours free of time in their day, and an ID (after verification the ID will not be uploaded ANYWHERE OR KEPT due to risk of data breaches.), and after this they will become a volunteer. They can opt out at any time. They cannot be biased or ghost people on tickets. At least 2 tickets must be completed per WEEK.
