my account got falsely disabled for being under 13 and im 18 years old

so my friend sent me a message in dms asking me how to say im 9 years old in english(he wrote it in arabic) so when i wanted to help him i said ‘im 9 years old’ when i did that he reported my message for being under 13 which ended up disabling my account,i've sent an  appeal ticket to discord support providing them with everything they wanted to get my account back but its been many days now and the ticket is still open i dont know what to do i dont wanna lose my account i have a lot of work stuff and friends there i made i had that account for years i really dont wanna lose it

    Please let me know if you got any update or anything happened with your account, this happened to me on 29 Jan 2024 and i haven't heard back even after sending proof of my real age and letting them know that I even created my account when i was 16
