Choose between MAY attend event and WILL attend event

ynow what i think should be a feature?
it should be a feature to choose between "will join event" and "may join event"

because right now it often happens that either a bunch of people say they join, but then everyone flakes because they werent actually sure about joining/being able to join, and you sit there not being able to start the event cause noone showed

or barely anyone is joining because they arent sure about whether they can attend or not and now you dont know if noone is interested in the event or whether theres just a lot of people that may join

itd be good to have a concrete list of people that will definitely be there and people that may or may not be there

(also itd be really good to have a role that pings only people that are in the event because else people get annoyed at being pinged about events theyre not interested in or you end up with a bunch of hyperspecific event reminder roles that people have to apply and unapply constantly)
