Add option to never close forum posts due to inactivity

It's my understanding that after a maximum of 7 days without activity, a post is closed and isn't visible to anyone.

I'd love to have an option that posts never get closed, no matter what.

In this server I manage, we use a specific forums channel as a FAQ for the server, which is really handy because topics are separated into their own thing. We also lock them so people can't post in those threads but still see the content (there is one post which is open, so if their question isn't covered in one of the other posts, we can answer it and add it as well).
