Channel extorting users for money using mod abuse/bans

Privately hosted game server that rewards contributions (real life money donations) with a “gift” of in game premium currency that can then be traded for regular game currency. Constant lotteries and raffles with regular currency, main town described as basically a Casino by channel owner. 

Channel owner has been caught repeatedly taking innocent players or players the owner is engaged in ongoing (personal) fueds with to jail and leveraging bans for immediate "contributions to the shard." (Real life money donations are the only immediate way to contribute.) 

The owner doesn't stop with banning his critics/enemies in the game, he also threatens to ban their entire guilds if the guildmaster wont kick the player. Staff visit other discord channels like guild channels or other game servers to threaten the channel owners if they don't silence critics for them.

False advertising: The website/ads are all very professional and claim the server is very professionally hosted, but the owner will not be professional even when users stand in solidarity against his unprofessionalism. The game which was delivered is also a far cry from what is being advertised despite copious amounts of monetary donations (enough to pay multiple staff a living wage according to the owner.) 

All staff on the channel have been complicit, informing users that the channel is theirs to do with as they please, and if you feel you've been treated unfairly they just tell you to leave and find another channel. Again, staff even harass other channel owners for giving their critics a voice.

A user who the channel owner was harassing with public bans has also now died as a result of the public harassment about his personal choices.

Big channel with a lot of users, but everyone in the channel is basically being held hostage by the owners thanks to having their contributions over the years now held over their heads if they are critical, even on other platforms like YouTube. These users never got what they paid for (Professional hosting.) For example, the Administrator constantly verbally abuses users, and there are hundreds of examples of it (search him saying “idiot” for example or other words.) This makes it impossible to approach him, and users who have asked for professionalism are banned immediately if they haven't contributed.

Due to the extortion being involved with a users death, please do not give the channel a second chance simply due to it's size. For example, the channel owner became aware of this report and immediately made several donations to charity. It's an attempt to make people think this private server is more than just a false advertising scheme. They do deliver content (they are selling content after all) but they still have not delivered the open world which was promised, and instead of opening it have systemically closed it off more and more while front-running harassment campaigns against anyone who criticizes them for it.

If this kind of thing can happen to my daughter then it can happen to anybody. Just think if it were your handicapped child being torn away from their relationships with other users simply for being critical of what appears to be an intentional false advertising scheme to target fans of a certain video game.
