My account got disabled and they won't tell me why or give the account back

This is happening to me currently and discord wont do anything about it. I have had this account for 7+ years and have a lot of friends, servers, memories, and my credit card info on it. I have contacted them in so many different ways and times and all I get is the stupid automated message from discord trust and safety saying that I violated their terms of service OR their community guidelines.

Cherry on top I never received an email warning me or even an email after I my account had already been disabled stating what I did and what I can do to fix it. I have sent many other emails to general questions about all of this and they always just tell me to resubmit under the appeal category. It's really getting tiring and ridiculous at this point and I'm about to give up.

Discord support has never actually supported me in things that actually matter.
