Option to force reply pings off in user or accessibility settings

I have a close acquaintance who's disability gets legitimately triggered by the reply pings (mainly the visual red dot cue - she's always on DND) but discord on desktop and mobile is becoming more and more frustrating and unavailable for her to use due to the fact that people still ignore her request to turn off replyping when replying TO HER even though it's in her server display name in almost ALL servers she's in.

She said she has contacted you and made this suggestion a few years ago and this feature hasn't been added. Please add this so she can enjoy discord and not have to go through so much difficulties trying to find something that'll work to keep them off. She shouldn't have to do that and this is all really stressing her out
