Please Discord, can you respond in time before my account got deleted
Hello there,
I have 7 years account and lately got blocked because of age problems (I am 20), but I got verified quickly. Now the same thing happened but I am waiting nearly 2 weeks, and I am getting paranoia that before someone responds or unblocks me, the account got permanently deleted due to restricted time after block…
Is there something I can do or pray the rng that someone see my tickets…
The weird things are happening to my tickets, that after some time they are “solved” but in reality nobody responded back and the situation remains the same (in the first ticket someone responded back but suddently the contact was broken after 2nd reply with corrected photo… and then eternal silence)
I have tried nearly everything…

You need to read the instructions more clearly: the automated response after making a ticket says do NOT send multiple tickets, that it will make it all slower. I know the panic feeling, I've been there, but sending only one ticket is enough. Also don't update the ticket by replying, because it will sent it back at their queue (i don't think anything like that exists, but still, for peace of mind, i wouldn't “spam” them).
To the tickets getting solved: it happens when you put two tickets with the same kind of request, because they are duplicates, they are getting marked as solved, because it'd be a total chaos if there'd be so many duplicates.
But best you can do is wait. If it's only been two weeks, it's fine. An account deletion takes up to 30 days, usually even longer. For me it's over 23 days and still nothing (although my different kind of issue requires to delete an account, so i wait until my email account is freed xD).
Just wait patiently, keep checking your email, they'll respond eventually. I know it's difficult but don't worry, it's gonna be fine.
