Lack of human review of support tickets.
I got my account suspended almost a week ago and submitted a few tickets cause each one just gets swept up by that Nelly bot resulting in me having to comment on that ticket to keep it from getting closed.
My account got suspended cause some dude baited me into saying that I was under the age of 13 in a foreign language that I do not speak. Since then I've tried contacting discord through Twitter and Support tickets and to no avail have had any response from them. I understand them laying off employees but ignoring the more important things like the community and it's users is kind of a frustration and it makes people lose their faith in the support team and even sometimes leads to people just outright leaving the platform.
If anyone from Discord is reading this; I'm greatly disappointed with the lack of customer support and lack of human response to tickets. Which you can actually check my ticket; Ticket #

Almost a week since I requested my account to be re-activated. I got disabled for “being underaged”, dunno how tho

I´m 30 years old and my account is closed because I am under 13.
I gave everything but still no answer.
