minimal/cutesy avatar decorations & profile effects

some simple sparkles, stars, and hearts would be really cute for avatar decorations, and shooting stars and twinkling stars could be cute for profile effects. it would be really fun to be able to change the colors, too, such as a hearts avatar decoration that is white by default, but you could input color codes to change the color to match your profile theme.
